Born in Melbourne, I have always held a passion for the holistic way of living. For me, an organic lifestyle full of continuous study, clean spring water, honouring the land and food, daily gratitude, yoga and movement, incorporating the flora kingdom into every day healing and taking life in stride with joy and happiness are all ways that keep me balanced.

Holistic practitioner, ceremonial weaver, space provider and energetic influencer. I have been in clinic for 5 years. In that time my practise has developed into an expansive space of healing and balancing, developing an ever growing understanding on how the whole body works when in harmony, and what it looks like when it’s not.

I believe that our own unique healing journey isn’t (unfortunately) an overnight accomplishment. In fact it takes many aspects; dedication, discipline, honesty, surrender and love. My soul’s missions is to help those seeking assistance on their journey, and to help them reconnect to their Highest Timeline.

How was FlowYourChi born?

I believe that our healing journey is not a short-term accomplishment that can be achieved through one realisation, in fact I believe it takes many and then some. It is a journey that requires dedication, discipline, perseverance, surrendering and love. I truly feel that my time on the Earth is dedicated towards helping those who wish to better their internal world, release out-dated emotions/patterns and connect them to their Higher Self.

Knowing that I wished to veer off the well worn pathway, I found my niche within the sacred practice of Kinesiology. This later expanded into Reiki Energetic Sessions, Sound Healing Medicine and Tea Ceremony & Meditation modalities. Slowly and steadily FlowYourChi was born.

The ideology of FlowYourChi is to embrace all beings, assisting whole health related concerns, inner child healing and assisting your capability to walk upon your Highest Timeline. Here we create sacred containers where you are free to be open, vulnerable and seen. I will guide you in conquering outdated patterns into rewiring what serves you now.
