What to Expect

Join me in ‘Voice of the Heart: Embracing your Authentic Voice’ as we journey through openness and softness, reveal what has been kept hidden, safely express and integrate the process of change and set the anchor. 

The intention is to guide women into deeper self-trust and embodied confidence by gently clearing and releasing subconscious blocks towards utilising your authentic voice which will be achieved through Kinesiology and the remedies that accompany a balance. Anchoring confidence into the body, so that your truth is not just spoken but also felt and lived. 
Opening the heart and voice through immersion into ceremony with Cacao as our guide. 
Integrating these themes and each persons unique story through the melodic Tibetan Singing Bowls.
